01What is Postlane?+
Postlane is a social media content planning workspace by GrowYourWebs. It brings brand calendars, editable captions, Canva design links, and post approvals into one place.
02Who is Postlane for?+
Postlane is built for independent creators, small businesses, social media managers, and agencies that plan content for multiple brands. Each customer account has its own private workspace.
03Can I import an existing content calendar?+
Yes. Import CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or individual-event calendar (.ics) files, or enter dates and topics manually. Imports support up to 100 ideas per file and include a preview before saving.
04Can I edit my post designs in Canva?+
You can attach and reopen an editable Canva design link and download an SVG design starter. Automatic Canva design creation and synchronization are not active in the preview.
05Does Postlane publish to Instagram automatically?+
Not yet. The current preview supports planning, drafts, and approvals. Live Instagram connections, scheduling, and automatic publishing are in development. Target dates in the preview do not publish posts.
06Does Postlane use AI to generate posts?+
The preview creates editable English template drafts individually or in batches. An AI generation service is not connected yet, so every draft needs your review and personalization.
07Is my customer data separate from other accounts?+
Customer API requests validate your login, and database access rules restrict brands and posts to their owner. No service-role database key is used in the browser. Read our security overview for the current controls and limitations.
08How much does Postlane cost?+
Postlane is currently a product preview. There is no checkout or paid subscription in this version. Pricing and commercial terms will be published before any paid plan is offered.
